It is said that if you enjoy what you do, you will not work a day in your life, except in real estate! Ok, so I added that last part! I love what I do, and it's a lot of hard work, but I wouldn’t think of doing anything else! I have had the great privilege of growing up in Santa Cruz, surrounded by the nature and beauty of the mountains and beaches! I am truly passionate about where I live and have accumulated vast knowledge about the many diverse and unique areas of this place that I call home. It truly has something for everyone, from the giant redwood forests to world-class surfing, hiking, biking, and so much more!
I began my real estate career in 1991, am a licensed broker, and have honed excellent negotiating and marketing skills, gaining knowledge as I have embedded and flowed through the ever-changing markets that have occurred in the last 30+ years. I pride myself on creating “win-win” solutions throughout each transaction. It is with this mindset that I have earned the respect and trust of my clients and colleagues. I am grateful to say that many of my clients become friends, neighbors, and family, and have blessed me with a 95% referral base.
The passion that I have for my business and the results I achieve are a result of my “hands-on” approach and the step-by-step strategies that I have developed for buyers and sellers. I personally curate a process and timeline to match the individual needs of my clients, carefully considering each home and person and prioritizing their needs and circumstances accordingly. Though our industry is undergoing yet another cycle of change, I truly feel that, when it comes to real estate, if you want the best possible outcome, you need a pro! I am also known by my nickname “Adie,” pronounced “80,” and so it became Agent 80! As often as I can, you will find me at the beach or hiking, biking, or sailing. I am obsessed with my family, the ocean, my friends, dogs, and renovating!
