After 15 years as an entrepreneur in the highly competitive school supply industry, Allan majored in Real Estate, graduating with honors from Cabrillo College in 1995. He is a licensed Broker and continues to hone his skills by taking advantage of training offered through the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute) programs.
Allan is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and The Santa Cruz Association of REALTORS®. He has been happily married since 1972 and has lived in the hills above Soquel since 1990 with his wife, Irene and cat, Biscuit. He is a Sierra Club member and belongs to the American Radio Relay League. Allan enjoys hiking, fitness, watercolor, woodworking, stamp collecting, and gardening.
