Annabel Nixon
I was born and raised all over Santa Cruz county and graduated from San Lorenzo Valley High School. I went to college to play volleyball and thought I wanted to be a social worker. I graduated with 3 AA’s in; Psychology, Behavioral and Social Sciences, and Humanities and Communications. I went back to the workforce specializing in Case Management specifically in the non-profit sector. I have a deep love and passion for helping people, no matter where they are in life. From unhoused, to medically complex everyone deserves the same amount of respect, care and dignity.
As I grow as an individual and so has my career. I have found myself in a new chapter of life and living out my wildest dreams from purchasing my first home, getting engaged, and starting a nonprofit for volleyball. I never gave up on myself because I had so much support from my community and support system. I decided to take a leap of faith and pursue real estate.
I am officially a licensed real estate agent working with David Lyng Real Estate! I have an amazing mentor Cari Wade who has taken me under her wing as well. Even though my career has changed, my passion for helping and advocating for people will never change.
