Meet Bill & Leila Minugh

 

Bill grew up in a sales family, acquiring his passion for sales at an early age, delivering newspapers and doing various jobs for neighbors. His responsive approach to service and commitment to getting the job done helped him carve a path into real estate and build a successful career as a REALTOR®. He has been serving the Santa Cruz and Monterey Bay area since 2005. Working in every aspect of the industry, including banks and mortgage lenders, to help assist sellers, buyers, and investors in buying or selling homes, and closing transactions.

 

Bill was born in Denver, Colorado, and raised in Aptos. He’s been a resident of the area for 45 years. Bill is a graduate of Soquel High School. He is a family man, married to Leila, and they have a son, Alex. In his free time, Bill loves nature; he enjoys camping, fishing, and boating.

Leila was born and raised in Hawaii. Her love of nature brought her to Santa Cruz County in 1982. Leila received her Real Estate license in 1996 and specializes in all facets of the real estate business, whether it be navigating the way for first-time home buyers, investors, or the luxury market. She has experienced it all. Leila uses her foresight and experience to proactively address details before they become a problem to help her clients achieve their dreams of home ownership.

 

Leila graduated from Soquel High School, where she met Bill. They have been happily married since 1991. In her free time, Leila enjoys outdoor activities. Some of her favorite hobbies are gardening and cooking.
