Meet Charles Duppen

Thank you for visiting! My goal as a Santa Cruz County Real Estate Broker is to provide the highest level of professional service possible to each and every one of my clients, whether Buying, Selling or managing of their investments.

 

I began my Real Estate career in 1997 as a full-time Sales Associate and then Broker-Associate with American Dream Realty, now David Lyng Real Estate. I specialize in assisting Sellers and Buyers of residential properties throughout Santa Cruz County, from multimillion-dollar properties to entry-level homes as well as investment properties and 1031 tax-deferred exchanges and Property Management services.

 

For Sellers I offer a comprehensive, multi-pronged marketing plan designed specifically to boost a listing’s exposure including an enhanced web presence, 3D virtual tours, individual property website, direct mail, email blasts to local top agents, print open house newspaper ads, social media and the use of traditional marketing techniques. My marketing plan for each of my listings is designed specifically to highlight that properties unique qualities so it stands out from the competition.

 

For Buyers, I use a detailed home buying plan designed to make your home buying experience a success that includes education, communication and aggressive negotiating skills. Whether representing Buyers, Seller’s or both I have over 23 years Santa Cruz Real Estate experience holding myself to the highest ethical standards possible with the protection of my client’s interests always in the forefront.

 

I have been married to my beautiful bride, Danielle or Dani as she prefers to be called since 1997. We enjoy traveling, sailing, exercise and are devoted San Francisco Giants Fans. We live in the Seabright area of Santa Cruz and love the central location in Santa Cruz County and its close proximity to the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor and the beach. I love it here! I am an avid sailor and I absolutely love the ocean. The funky local Santa Cruz culture, the great weather, the many diverse restaurants and the close proximity to Monterey and San Francisco make Santa Cruz a great place to call home.

 

I am an active member of the Surf City Santa Cruz Kiwanis Club having served on its Board of Directors assisting and guiding our club with managing our numerous charitable donations to local Santa Cruz County organizations specializing in helping children of Santa Cruz County.
