I have lived in Santa Cruz County since 1978, from Bonny Doon to Pleasure Point, Prospect Heights, Sunny Cove, Lighthouse Field, Seabright, and Pasatiempo where I currently reside.
I work out of the Downtown Santa Cruz office and Santa Cruz is my home.
Since 2015, my business partner and wife, Janet Romanowski, has been Top Ten in the county of 1200+ agents and we have been recognized as one of the Top Three agent teams in the David Lyng Organization.
Having been raised in the construction industry, I previously worked for 30 years in Silicon Valley as the Founding CEO of Waterproofing Associates of Mountain View, the Bay Area's "Premier/Elite" Roofing/Waterproofing/Construction Management firm.
I am licensed as a private pilot, notary public, and Charter Captain with Pacific Sail, and spent a one-year tour in Vietnam. I'm also a musician and singer/songwriter, playing harmonica since age 17, guitar, and attempting the fiddle. Since 1971, I've been a Harley-Davidson rider and have sailed four trans-Pacific races to Hawaii. I have a son, two daughters, and four grandchildren.
