I have been a real estate professional since 1983 where I began my real estate career selling ranch and resort properties on the Big Island of Hawaii. I came back home in 1993 to live near my family in Santa Cruz and became part of a top producing real estate sales team. I have been selling beach, city, mountain, and rural properties in Santa Cruz County ever since!
I received my Broker's license in 2007 and in addition to sales, became Managing Broker and part owner of Thunderbird Real Estate. I am currently a Broker Associate at David Lyng Real Estate and leader of the Gail Mayo Team. The Gail Mayo Team provides top-notch real estate services and we include staging and redesign as an incomprable marketing tool to help present and sell your home!
