Known for her friendly, enthusiastic energy and entrepreneurial spirit, Jacquie helps her clients buy and sell real estate in her Santa Cruz community. The match-making aspect of buying real estate is one of her favorite parts of the job. Each region has a unique vibe and offers its residents a lifestyle most other areas in the Bay Area just can't compete with. When working with her sellers, Jacquie especially enjoys "painting the picture" to attract the ideal buyers and creating unique marketing experiences both online and for the neighborhood.
Jacquie believes that communication and attention to detail are the key ingredients to exceptional service. She also considers lifelong learning crucial and stays educated in how to best utilize the industry’s resources, latest technology, and fresh marketing techniques to best serve her clients in today’s market. Jacquie is additionally proud to hold a NAR Green designation. She is focused on helping her clients live a more resource-efficient, sustainable lifestyle, saving both money and energy consumption as well as reducing waste.
Jacquie loves being an active member of the community, she especially enjoys volunteering regularly, attending seminars and local events; she believes that having a strong community transforms a place you live into truly feeling like home. When Jacquie is not working with her clients, you’ll find her watching her husband surf, volunteering for the SPCA, riding her beach cruiser around town, mountain biking at Wilder Ranch or walking her dog Dash along West Cliff.
