She has been a REALTOR®/Property manager in Santa Cruz County since 2008. Her pathway to her career started at First American Title as an escrow and title officer, helping buyers, sellers, and REALTORS® close escrows. She loved her job, working with people and gaining experience in the industry. Julie’s first encounter with real estate was when she purchased her first home in Santa Cruz at 19 years old, after that she was hooked.
 
She is a lifetime resident of Santa Cruz and graduated from Soquel High School.
