"My fiancé and I had been contemplating a move from San Francisco to the Santa Cruz area, and after years of renting in the City, we were excited to buy our first home and have more space for ourselves and our dogs. We randomly met Julie at an open house we attended (she was the listing agent). We didn’t end up having much interest in the home she was selling, but she provided us with lots of detailed information about other open houses in the area based on what we told her we were looking for. Julie literally was able to get these individuals to come out within a matter of days. In the end, we are so thankful that we chose Julie to help us buy our dream home.
