Becoming a Realtor was something that just made sense for Julie. With a professional background in marketing, design, event planning, and management, she brings a calm, organized, and detail-oriented approach to every step of the real estate process. Her ability to anticipate needs, stay on top of every element, and communicate clearly allows her to create a seamless and stress-free experience for her clients.
She grew up in Monterey County and later moved to Santa Cruz to attend UCSC, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She has now called Santa Cruz home for over 12 years, where she lives with her husband and their two dogs. Outside of real estate, she enjoys baking, planning her next travel adventure, spending time with family, and getting outdoors.
