Our journey together started long before real estate. We grew up in the same Monterey County neighborhood, attended the same high school, and even worked side by side in the local hospitality industry in downtown Monterey. Kami is energetic, outgoing, and deeply rooted in the community. As the owner of a beloved Watsonville restaurant, she’s built strong connections through hospitality, hard work, and a genuine love for the people she serves. She’s a natural relationship builder with a creative spark and an eye for opportunities. Kami is an active Pajaro Valley Chamber of Commerce member, a Planning Commissioner Alternate for District 4, and the Women’s Council of REALTORS® (WCR) Events Director. Her deep local knowledge, strong network, and passion for community allow her to offer clients a real estate experience rooted in trust, connection, and results.
Ashley is calm, organized, and detail-driven. Her certified personal trainer and nutritionist background has shaped her approach to real estate, being focused, strategic, and client-centered. She excels at managing the many moving pieces of a transaction, ensuring nothing is missed, and every step feels manageable. She’s also a proud WCR member and is often involved in giving back through volunteer efforts and community support initiatives.
