Myrtha Moll
She grew up in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands, and moved to the Bay Area to attend San Jose State University where she earned a BS in Molecular Biology and Chemistry. It did not take long to realize that working in a lab with microorganisms was not my thing. I love working with people, especially helping a buyer to get in their first home or listing and selling a house for a homeowner at the highest possible price. That is very gratifying.
Myrtha has been representing buyers, sellers, and developers in real estate transactions since 2000. She became a Broker in 2004 and was a broker/owner with Realty World Myrtha & Associates where I managed 13 agents. In my career, I have marketed and sold out numerous multi-million dollar developments as well as many resales of townhomes, condominiums, and single-family homes.
I am fortunate to be living here in Aptos near the beach with my husband.
