She has been a trusted advocate for her clients since 1999! She grew up in the Bay Area, graduated from San Jose State with a Business Marketing degree, and started her career in Silicon Valley. She moved to Capitola about 17 years ago full-time because she fell in love with the slower-paced, coastal lifestyle of Santa Cruz County. Currently, splitting times with her partner, Michelle, in Willow Glen (San Jose) and at their beach home in Santa Cruz, Nicole can help you on “either side of the hill” too! When Nicole is not working, she loves playing beach volleyball, mountain biking, scooting around the community on her Vespa, supporting the local businesses, wine tasting, and walking her English Bulldog, Lucy, and the latest fur puppy, Leo, around town!
