Rose has always believed that a successful real estate career carries with it a responsibility to give back to both the profession and the community. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Monterey County Association of REALTORSĀ® and has dedicated more than two decades to advancing the real estate industry through leadership and service. Her work has included the Professional Standards Committee since 2006, Local Government Relations since 2001, and the Professional Development Committee since 2025. Earlier in her career, she also served on the Grievance Committee, as a Trustee for the Political Action Committee, and on the Local Candidate Recommendation Committee, where she served as Chair and was honored with the Outstanding Leadership and Service Award.
Her commitment to service extends far beyond real estate. Rose has been actively involved with organizations that enrich the cultural, civic, and charitable fabric of Monterey County, including the Monterey County Film Commission and the Monterey County Cultural Council, now known as the Arts Council. In 2017, she had the honor of serving as the Charter President of Carmel Sunset Rotary, helping establish a thriving organization dedicated to community service. Today, she continues that commitment as a proud member of the Carmel-by-the-Sea Rotary and the Carmel Foundation.
