Michael Whiting (dad) has an extensive knowledge of the industry, the kind that only decades of experience can bring. He is tenacious, thorough and treats clients like family. He specializes in traditional sales as well as Estate Sales, Probates, Foreclosures and Short Sales. He's been married for 44 years, with 3 grown children and 9 grandkids.

 

Christy Whiting Wohlert (daughter) brings a tireless work ethic and compassion to the team. Prior to real estate, she worked in the field of education. As an Executive Director, she showcased her expertise in public relations and marketing. Her prior work experience has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in educating homebuyers and sellers, marketing listings, and real estate negotiations. She lives in Scotts Valley, has been married for 17 years, and has 3 adorable children.
