In 2015, my family and I were lucky to start calling Santa Cruz home. The blend of small-town charm, laid-back lifestyle, and breathtaking natural beauty – the mountains, the ocean, and the vibrant surf culture truly resonates with us.
My interest in real estate started years ago when we were house hunting. We are originally from Brazil and had to learn everything about the home purchase process here. But I’m a researcher at heart, and diving deep into it was fascinating. Besides keeping up with the market news, I would constantly check listings to see what was available and daydream. We lived in the Bay Area for a few years, but Santa Cruz was always our goal.
As first-time buyers, we had a great experience with our real estate agent. She was attentive and helped us make one of the most important decisions of our lives. That experience stuck with me and eventually inspired me to look into real estate as a career where I could put my business degree to good use but, more importantly, help people find their perfect home and offer the same excellent experience we had.
As an active person who likes running and cycling around town, I keep a close eye on the local real estate market. I watch houses come and go, track the ebb and flow of 'For Sale' signs, follow property renovations, and observe the subtle shifts within neighborhoods.
I love dancing and have been a Jazzercise instructor for over a decade, and that taught me a lot about people and how to create and cultivate genuine connections. Dancing with so many different people from all ages and backgrounds throughout the years showed me that everyone has their rhythm and style, and like in fitness, real estate is not a one-size-fits-all.
I believe buying or selling a property is much more than a transaction. It’s trust, honesty, connection, and relationship building. I’m excited to combine these elements with my expertise to help you navigate such an important and emotional decision.
Let’s connect. Coffee is on me.
